D or M trains toward Manhattan; get off at Fort Hamilton Parkway stop. You will be at the intersection of 46th Street and 11th Avenue.
Walk four blocks east.

F train to 18th Avenue. Walk half a block west to 18th Avenue. Make a right turn on 46th Street and walk three blocks west.  Or from the station,  take the #8 bus.

F train to Avenue I. Take the #11 bus to 15th Ave.
